Vacancy For A Growth Manager At Facebook

The ideal candidate will have experience in the consumer Internet and mobile industry in Nigeria , with an extensive network of contacts in the area .
You have shown strength and expertise in strategic analysis , product management and marketing. You are a great executor who can be bold and go quickly. Growth managers to Facebook are responsible for defining and driving growth initiatives , identifying growth opportunities that help acquire new users and retaining existing users , and work on improving the product to improving the Facebook user experience. The position is a contract position 6 to 11 months .

GROWTH MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive local execution of growth initiatives
Provide an overview of the market – identify and monitor strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats relevant to the adoption of Facebook in Nigeria
Influence and improve the experience of Facebook users in Nigeria by identifying product / market fit gaps
Explore, identify and evaluate strategic growth opportunities
Manage mobile , media and development partnerships
Be an advocate for developers and users in Nigeria

REQUIREMENTS:
Self-driven , comfortable with one, always-on, highly ambiguous fast paced environment startup
A thorough knowledge of online business models and mobile and Internet / consumer technology
Has management skills mobile products and experience
Strong quantitative background with demonstrated ability to understand SQL queries
Proven with high standards of professionalism
Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Facebook
Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented , highly organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Ability to meet multiple objectives in an enterprise environment with minimal supervision
Extensive experience in relationships with partners
Prior experience preferred working in a technology company with strong growth or startup
Authorization to work in Nigeria
