TECHNICAL ADVISOR (1 YEAR)
JOB DESCRIPTION
The M&E TA as the second level of supervisory support for the Working to Improve Nutrition in Northern Nigeria (WINNN) program team, a joint project being implemented by Save the Children, ACF and UNICEF, since 2011. This position carries the WINNN team responsibility for implementation of the M&E plan for the Nutrition Department. This includes to provide support in the collection, compilation, analysis and reporting of CMAM, IYCF and MNCHWs data throughout Jigawa State; to monitor progress against activities and critical milestones as well as providing capacity building support and guidance to all TAs and Government counterparts both at the state and LGA level.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS &
SKILLS
Bachelor of Science in public health, statistics or demography with previous experience working in nutrition or health project.
Experience of data collection, collation, analysis, and report writing.
Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, Sphere standard, SPSS, SMART.
Willing and able to be based and travel regularly within remote areas, where services are limited.
Fluency in Hausa and English.
