The company continues to grow and currently employs up to 45 staff including management team, production staff, warehousing and administration team.  Bons Industries Ltd prides itself on the reputation it has achieved for high quality bakery materials and food ingredients, and the new product development team work closely with the quality team to maintain those high standards.

Training of staff is integral to our progression with all employees being trained to foundation level in both Food Hygiene/Health and Safety in addition to various NVQ assessment courses. We are recruiting to fill the following positions:

BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGER

BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or other similar disciplines, with a minimum of 7 years cognate experience & must be proficient in the use of computer and coversant with the terrain of Lagos state and Ogun state

SALES REP

REQUIREMENTS
BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or other similar discipline with a minimum of 5 years working experience

SALES REP WITH DRIVING EXPERIENCE
BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration and other similar disciplines with a minimum of 5 years working experience and a valid Drivers License

MARKETING MANAGER

BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration and other similar discipline, with a minimum of 7 years cognate experience
Post graduate Degree, (Nimn, Nimark, Cimn) Certificates will be an added advantage

COMPUTER/ADMIN ASSISTANT

REQUIREMENTS 
BSc/HND in Business Administration, Economics or other similar discipline, with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience & must be proficient in the use of computer

FOOD TECHNOLOGIST

REQUIREMENTS
BSc/HND in Food Technology, Food Science or other similar disciplines with a minimum of 3 years cognate experience & must be proficient in the use of computer

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

REQUIREMENTS
BSc/HND in Accounting with a minimum of 3 years working experience.
lCAN certificate & Knowledge of PeachTree Accounting package will be an added advantage

ACCOUNTANT

BSc/HND in Accounting with a minimum of 7 years working experience
ICAN certificate & knowledge of Peachtree accounting package, will be an added advantage.
