Job Title: Technical Officer (HCT/Referrals)
Location: Abuja

Responsibilities
- The Technical Officer (HCT/Referrals) will provide technical leadership, expertise and counselling skills in working with local stakeholders in development and managing a referral network.
- this network coordinates HIV related services and referrals between health facilities and community organisations and groups within a defined geographical area to meet the needs of persons living with HIV and those affected by HIV across the continuum of care.
- S/he will also coordinate and provide technical assistance for all HCT support activities as part of the program in the State.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in management, social sciences, public health or a related field with 5-7 years post national youth service corps experience ate the community level, in the private health sector or in resource constrained settings.
- Or MS/MA in management, social sciences, public health or a related field with 3-5 years post national youth service corps experience at the community level, in the private health sector or in resource constrained settings.
- Or MBBS/MD/PHD in management, social sciences or a related field with 1-3 years post national youth service corps experience at the community level, in the private health sector or in resource constrained settings.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with PLHA and support groups of PLHA.
- Possession of an MPH or post graduate degree in a related field is an advantage.
- Familiar with Nigerian public sector health systems and NGOs and CBOs.
