Qualifications

• First degree from accredited institution of higher learning/University – BSc, HND in Quantity Surveying
• Minimum of six (6) years demonstrable practical experience in quantity surveying practice with experience on road works measurements and evaluation, Bridges and general civil works installations.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Excel, Words, Corel draw, Power Point.
• Professional Membership and Registration with N.I.Q.S compulsory

Responsibilities

• This person will be responsible for the quantity measurements and calculations, evaluation of permanent works completed, raising of certificates for works done, documentation of variation works.
• Assisting to the Site Engineer in the contract administration of the project resources to ensure effective and timely delivery of project work in accordance with specification and quality in a cost effective and timely manner.
• Must be a strong adherent to Safety, Health and Environmental issues.
• Candidate should be mature, astute and businesslike with excellent supervisory skills and attention to details.
