•Sign off on work authorisation for contractors to build
•Analyse and determine the type of equipment to be used in the transmission of the microwave
•Resolve transmission failure problems attributable to planning
•Prepare and submit weekly reports on work done, requirements for transmission and frequencies in use to the RTO and National Transmission Planning Manager

Job Title: Implementation Quality Engineer ( REF:IQE)

Qualification:
• Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics, Civil, Mechanical or other relevant discipline.
• Relevant post graduate qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience
• Minimum of 8 years telecoms experience in equipping, rigging and commissioning of GSM sites.

Responsibilities
• Liaising with RF, Electromechanical & civil works contractors on timely & quality
delivery of sites work,
• Ensuring adherence to specifications for all electromechanical works
• Ensuring proper cabling on sites both indoor and outdoor.
• Quality checks before and after sites are on air.
• Generation of regular update reports on job progress and sites on air.
• Anticipating & effecting required upgrades for integration of new sites,
• Ascertaining that Acceptance tests are efficiently carried out and handover site to operations

Hands-on resolution of subscriber problems on the IN, Prepaid, and VAS Nodes or platforms
Keep systems logs and perform back-ups.
Verify systems problems and provide Front Office support to Customer Relations, System Planning, IS and Third Party Customers
Detect, Analyze and isolate Faults on all IN, Prepaid, and VAS Nodes or platforms
Initiate preventive and corrective action to systems support nodes.
Manage status and performance of the intelligent network elements.
Perform daily maintenance on the IN Nodes/ Prepaid/ VAS nodes Prepare reports on such faults and communicate resolution to appropriate units.
Escalate unresolved faults/problems to appropriate unit as necessary.
Manage the technical help line for the NSMC
Escalate other faults to appropriate units and follow up to ensure timely and proper resolution.
Investigate and resolve all Roaming Customer problems, Charging and Customer queries
Compile/distribute reports/information on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to NWG managementJOB CONDITIONS: Normal MTNN working conditions. Shift based work (24/7/365)

REQUIRED SKILLS:
4 years work experience comprising:

•Develop rolling capital plan for portfolio projects
•Ensure financial data integrity of project management system regards to cost allocation, budgets and forecasts
•Create project structures and load/relocate budget on IFS Projecting Accounting Module
•Establish cost control base per project
•Monitor actual expenditure and update control base per project in overall terms
•Implement process to track CPG project expenditure
•Analyze scope change and incorporate the impact into site instructions
•Report project costs on weekly and monthly basis
•Verify Payment requests for certification of work done
•Track and report on all CPG assets and facilities projects
•Ensure proper accounting principles are applied in the documentation of projects
•Follow up on all suppliers invoice processing queries to ensure prompt resolution
•Interface with Vendors on financial reconciliation of accounts
•Validate payment certificate validation into bill quantities
•Ensure delivery receipts are obtained for all PO’s raised and matched to invoices before sending them to finance expenditure for final payment
•Perform other duties as assigned by the CPG Financial Operations Manager

REQUIRED SKILLS:
•At least 4 years working experience in project, cost &management accounting, budgeting and variance analysis which includes
